Patricia worked in various roles – as an Executive Director (ED) – Operations and also a Presiding Officer of PoSH committee for Kripa Foundation, an Organisation battling Addiction (Alcohol and Substance use) and HIV/AIDS. Her experience includes Operations, Management, Administration, Business Development, PR and Events, HR Recruitment, Training and Development Division.ĭr. Patricia is a multi-talented soul and carries a vast experience of 25+ years. She was awarded and recognised for her Philanthropy work for street children project in Dharavi, Mumbai.ĭr. Patricia has contributed towards Philanthropy work at various organizations. Growing up in Dubai (UAE), for more than 25 years, Dr. The Government of India Ministry of MSME honored Patricia with a Life-Time Achievement Award- Social Entrepreneurship – Initiatives.

Today, I am here standing in victory over all my bondages and chains that held me up in a prison, a prison that I myself created. Before I voiced up my truth I had to accept my reality, I had to accept who I am and what did happen to me and believe that I am not what happened to me and I am not going to be limited by the things of the past. It wasn’t easy for me to be where I am today, took a lot of courage and determination first and foremost to voice up and speak out my truth.
